DelcoDSA Reading Group - Alternatives to Policing

Join us for our January Reading Group. We will return to policing issues and look at examples of alternatives to police in the community. The first reading is Chapter 15 in the book “Who do you serve, who do you protect?”. The book is a collection of essays by organizers, legal activists and progressive journalists that take us beyond the 'few bad apples' theory of police violence. The second reading is a in-depth article about one of the programs highlighted in the book chapter.
